Research and development center

Pomiar

The Rado company conducts its own research and development work. Its objective is to constantly introduce innovation into the company’s activities. This is done in particular through the implementation of modern technical, technological, and organisational solutions.

They are carried out in the form of industrial research and development work, with the use of available functions under processes carried out in the company and the back office of the RADO Group companies. This allows us to continuously improve the services and products we offer and enhance the production processes.

Laboratory

The company has its own laboratory for type and quality analysis of non-ferrous metals and plastics, which is equipped with high-class equipment. Thanks to this, it carries out effective quality control and proper classification of generated fractions of non-ferrous metals.

All our research and development projects focus on seeking efficient methods to recover and process cable waste, generated particularly as a result of the development of fields such as telecommunications engineering and power engineering, and in introducing them into the company’s activities. They benefit not only our customers, but also the environment.

Research programmes

We conduct research programmes in cooperation with Polish scientists and research centres as well as German experts in the field of secondary processing of metals.

Some of the challenges we are currently

WORKING ON:

creating innovative solutions allowing to recover energy from plastic materials which are obtained during the recycling processes and cannot be further recycled,

creating technologies for processing metallic materials obtained during the recycling processes, particularly copper, into full-value materials for direct use.
